Hi! I am Jen, a travel and food lover. Come Jet with me, as I travel the world. I will share useful tips on traveling and will recommend places to eat delicious bites. If you always wanted to travel to a new place, but are afraid, think it costs too much money, or don’t know how to get started, follow me. I will show you it can be done! I will do the research for you and give you great recommendations.
About me…
Life is short, but how you live it, matters. I have adopted a motto… Love God and Family, Eat Well, and Travel Often. This motto basically describes my life. I am passionate about my faith in God. I love my family and will do anything for them. I absolutely love good food, new ingredients, and get very excited about cooking and eating everything you can think. I am also passionate about traveling, anywhere! I love traveling locally, road trips, and catching a cheap flight to anywhere. I love lux travel, at affordable prices.
I live in the Washington, DC area with my husband Ernesto and our young daughter, Bella. As a child I did not travel much. My mother could not afford to take 5 children around the world, but we always did something fun, she always took us somewhere. One of the best memories I have, is mom packing my two young brothers and me, and driving from New Jersey to Florida. Visited three Disney parks in one day, all she could afford was a one-day ticket. We practically opened and closed the park. Our car was the last one in the parking lot at the end of the night. And it was so much fun! We did not stay at an expensive Disney Resort, but had as much fun as those that did. And the travel bug bit me, and I have traveled ever since.
Many people think traveling is for the rich, but it’s not! I will show you that with planning and with an adventurous heart you can also travel, without breaking the bank. I love to plan every escape and make memorable memoirs for life. Life is about enjoying every moment, experiencing, smelling and tasting your way through travel.
Remember you do not need to spend thousands to explore, you can travel in your state, in your city, the world is vast, and is waiting for you to explore! Cheers, Happy Travel and Jet with Jen!
